About Me

Support, for me, has always been personal, but it is also professional.

I grew up in France in a home where disability support was part of everyday life. My mother was a support worker, and one of the autistic teenagers she supported long-term, Pierre, spent several days a week with our family for years. He became part of our household, joining meals, routines, and everyday moments. Through that experience, I learned something early that still guides my work today:

Real support is built through consistency, patience and relationship.

Later, my career took me into hospitality leadership for over 20 years across three continents. I worked in high-pressure environments where emotional regulation, clear communication and reliability were non-negotiable. I led teams, supported people through stressful moments, and learned how to stay calm, structured and present, even when things felt chaotic.

Those skills now shape how I support neurodivergent children and teens.

Today, I work specifically with families navigating ASD, ADHD and PDA profiles. I continue to educate myself in neurodivergent-affirming approaches, emotional regulation strategies and collaborative support models. My work is grounded in structure, predictability and deep respect for each child’s nervous system.

I believe:

  • Connection and regulation come first
  • Trust comes before progress
  • Consistency creates safety
  • Parents deserve clarity and collaboration

I am not an agency. I am not a rotating roster of staff. I am a steady, ongoing presence for the families I work with.

That consistency is where meaningful change begins.
